Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus amounts are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. For example, a ₱500 bonus requires ₱15,000 in total wagers before withdrawal eligibility is established.
jili ma reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players to accumulate bonus credits.
Bonus credits that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. jili ma is not obligated to notify players of impending bonus expiry, though we may do so as a courtesy.
All games available on the jili ma Platform use certified random number generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are determined at the moment of play and cannot be influenced by jili ma, the player, or any third party after a wager has been placed.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, jili ma reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. jili ma's decision in such matters is final.

jili ma does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
jili ma reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
Upon account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 14 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process. Disputes not resolved through PAGCOR's process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
